If you use our local reach planner or request a quote, we collect the information you enter, such as your business name, business type, intended customer, ZIP code, and email address. We also receive the campaign estimate created from those details.
We may still collect information in a few other ways:
- Information you give us directly: if you use the planner, email us, call us, or request a quote, we'll have whatever you choose to share, such as your name, business name, contact details, and mailing area.
- Automatic technical data: our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, to deliver and protect this website. We do not currently use advertising pixels or analytics tools on this site.
How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and answer questions
- To design, produce, and mail advertising campaigns for customers who hire us
- To send invoices and manage our business relationship with you

Use of artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence tools to help design and produce marketing materials, such as generating layout and design options for business panels. AI-assisted output is reviewed by our team before it's delivered to you or printed.

We share information only with the vendors we rely on to run our business, for example website hosts, form-delivery providers, printers, mail houses, and payment processors, and only as needed to respond to your request or deliver the services you've requested. Quote-form submissions are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to our business email. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep customer and business records for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal or tax obligations. FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions in its archive for 30 days. We retain quote requests in our business email only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain appropriate records.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details below. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights we'll honor on request.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
